KLM is #happytohelp
International travel can be frustrating, but KLM has their customer service doing such a great thing that they were able to help their customers with a journey-simplifying project. Last October they set out a five-day special service team called #happytohelp for any traveler in need around the world and also even those who are not flying with KLM.
For one week KLM helped every traveller in need!
It has been one busy week for KLM helping out each and every single person who needed it. From a New York speedboat taxi to help someone catch his flight on time to Bermuda to arranging champagne on a long-haul honeymoon flight.

From Monday to Friday a Social Media team was giving this extra attention as they picked up the messages from customers in need. For KLM the customer is top priority and passengers show that to them service really does make the difference.
