It’s my fifth day here at the Italian Alps today and again, I woke up with a smile. Especially after yesterday’s day of work mixed with a snowboard session. What a great place to spend a few months at!

Mexico has plenty of great places to visit and we have all heard about those beautiful cenotes and ruins of pyramids, but several places are still very unknown to foreigners. The must-see Hierve el Agua in Oaxaca makes a great example.

In the center of Tortuguero village there are a couple of restaurants, most of them with local food. Since I can’t see anymore rice and beans on my plate I started browsing through the little harbor town for something a bit more, well let’s say, European.

The first and the second day of my Incatrail motor trip have been pretty intense. Today should be the day where I get to drink lots of great coffee during many nice breaks and have amazing weather! And so it will be.
